“The location is fantastic with easy access to shopping and dining and the Nashville Aquatic Center. Having the full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was great. The covered, secure parking was also a plus. There were some unfortunate elements of our stay: The apartment smells like spoiled milk or something rancid. You really notice it when you come in from outside and then eventually your nose becomes accustomed to it. The ice maker doesn’t work and there were no ice cube trays. We were……

“This property was great - clean, updated, and everything we needed for the weekend. Downtown was a quick 10 min scooter or uber ride. We'll look for this property for our next visit.”

“This property was exactly as advertised. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. It’s an easy drive to the center of activity, but we found it more economical to use Uber than to pay in-town parking. The sound of the air conditioner kept us from hearing any noise out on the street. This was a good value and it suited our needs.”

“We (two adult couples) recently had the pleasure of a 3-night stay and it was a fantastic experience. The communication from the host was fantastic with clear instructions from check-in to checkout. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The Gulch has plenty of restaurants and music (recommend The Station Inn) and is a short walk 15-20 walk to the chaos on Broadway. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.”

“The communication was very good and we had no problem with accessing the property. It was clean and our needs were all addressed. If you might be traveling with older individuals it is a loud unit due to the type of heating and cooling. Hard to hear the TV over the unit. The unit is also very humid.”

“My husband and I are older adults who traveled to Nashville with our dogs. This unit was centrally located and was pet-friendly. We brought our doggie playpen with us and they stayed inside it while we were out sightseeing. We were able to walk them around the neighborhood and to go out for coffee. The owner communicated clearly with us and was available if we needed, which we did not. We had a nice time exploring the sights and seeing Nashville,”

“My wife and I stayed here for a night but wish we knew about it sooner. Unit is set up long but it works well. Very clean and modern setup. Our favorite part was the coffee shop across the street. My wife is particular with her coffee and this place passed the test. Easy check in and check out. Would stay here again.”

“We had a little trouble during the check in process. I had to reach out to him for the code twice. I never received an email with the passcode. We also were scheduled improperly between the site and the owner. However, the property was clean and nice. We loved the back deck area. It was nice to sit out there and enjoy the weather. The backyard gives you a camping vibe.”
