I've been an expedia customer for b years and never experienced this. Horrible. Sat in dark lobby for 2 hours trying to check in. Nobody showed up. Called the hotel twice and they put me on a 20minute hold just to hang up on me then I called expedia and they hung up on me. I was waiting til 2:30am to check in. Then its the wrong address. So I had to catch another $40 uber to another county after they finally set me up for another room at 3am. So I ended up spending another $80 on Uber. Worst experiences ever. Nobody compensated me or apologized

The ice machine was broken and looked like it had been for a while. The swimming pool was not open. I would have thought by mid-July it would have been functional. Don't expect smiles from the front desk people. The property needs some TLC. Everything in the room seemed functional but the "freezer' compartment on the refrigerator needs defrosting.

I live roughly two hours away and anytime I have a family thing that may run late I usually grab a room here. It’s always clean and I feel very safe. The hotel is close to great food options and shopping if you wish. Very convenient and the staff is always friendly.

The towels were stained! Walked all the way to the front desk where the front attendant was not friendly at all, and got 2 more and they were stained. Room itself was fine. The door didn’t extend all the way to the ground, so there was about an inch space open at the bottom. It cost $100 to stay there, and wouldn’t stay there again.
