“The hotel staff was amazing! Minor glitch with the heating system on the wall that didn’t work. The owner came in the next day and shared that there was a remote control for a new wall unit which we were unaware of. All in all is was a great stay!”

“We stayed one night while in town for our daughter’s graduation from UNC-A and absolutely loved it- we only wish we’d had time to stay another night. We booked a King Suite for our family of four and were very comfortable. The bed, bedding, and pillows were all excellent (and we’re picky!). The room was clean, modern, and well furnished.
The front desk staff member who checked us in around 10 p.m. was fantastic- very pleasant and welcoming. I didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he’s……

“This was my first time staying here and both the hotel lobby and my guestroom was very clean. And the staff was friendly. I will probably stay here again for 1 night when passing through this area. BTW this was the second of two Hendersonville stops off the highway and I prefer this one better because more action, so I felt safer as a single woman traveling alone. ”
