「What a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Donegal town. Decorated to a very high standard. It has everything you would need. Loved the hot tub looking on to the river. The only thing i disliked was the not so private hottub. A camera is installed on the balcony. Which can probably watch and listen to everything you say or do. This really lets the place down. Cant see why they need this for your safety. 」

「The grounds looked like they may have been really pretty but it was raining too much for us to check them out. If you're looking to walk into downtown Donegal you might find this one to be a bit far. But the trade-off is it's quieter and probably bigger rooms and nicer amenities. It was nice to have live music on site」

「We had the perfect view of the ocean from our room at the Sandhouse Hotel. With the windows open at night listening to the waves was so peaceful and tranquil. The employees were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely return for another stay. 」

「A true fairytale setting in a wonderful castle with fabulous grounds. No need to stay anywhere else. Incredible staff also helped make this stay one to remember for years to come. 」

「This is one of those rare, exquisite properties you don't think exist anymore. The proprietor met us at the front desk, showed us to our room, which was a great price and had AMAZING views. The breakfast is hot and to order from reserved tables. It is an exceptional property in a wonderful town. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.
