Great location, 5 mins to restaurants/shops etc.
Staff very friendly. We felt so looked after and nothing was too much trouble.
Lovely room containing everything you could need.

The view from the balcony was INCREDIBLE!!!! The staff were soooo nice and helpful! Some reviews note the steep hill to access the hotel, this is true, however the staff met us at the bottom and carried all our bags up. We also found another spot that you can be dropped off at the top and walk down the hill. There are a lot of steps but that is true of most hotels. Other hotels may have elevators? Not too sure. We booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. There are 3 of these rooms in a row. To access to each room you do have to walk through the other balconies so it is not completely private but there are doors and we not once saw someone walk through ours (we were in the middle). The jacuzzi on the balcony is not heated but this is stated clearly in the booking so that was no surprise. Our room also had a jetted tub that was plenty big enough for two people and water got nice and hot. The only downside for our stay was that the air conditioner in the bedroom did not work properly and would shut off every 20 minutes (no it was not a timer issue). We unfortunately did not have time to alert the front desk until late on our last day so they were not able to fix it for our stay, but that was on us as they didn’t know. Overall a lovely stay!!
