Please feel free to make use of the common areas, including the patio backyard and laundry room.
Note that I also have another Airbnb listing located in the property, with both units having their own private entrances. You may occasionally hear the other guests thru walls or interact with them during your stay if using the common areas.

Please respect our neighbors with NO loud music, noise or doing laundry after 10 PM.
No parties/events are allowed. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave.
