「It is on a busy street, not recommended for any light sleeper, especially on a weekend. One bed is very soft and the other is firm. There are a lot of plants and flowers in front which makes it difficult to see oncoming traffic, bikers or pedestrians when pulling out. Communication was great. We enjoyed our stay.」

「"Zen Den" is a very accurate description! Nestled in a clean and quiet neighborhood, it was really nice to come back to a peaceful place after a hectic day at the conference. Everything was clean and tidy, with plenty of space for myself and my colleague to catch up on emails. The location worked very well for us, only about a 12 min Uber from the San Jose Convention Center. There is a bar, restaurant and liquor/convenience store an easy 2 blocks away. 「Overall, the home was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It was a short drive to everything, but not very walkable. The common areas were furnished nicely, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Much too hard for our taste. We marked it down for cleanliness because the carpet was very spotty, mainly in the primary bedroom, and the handles, knobs and light switches throughout the house were not clean. High touch surfaces need extra attention in short term rentals. 」

「This was the perfect little stay for me and my pooch. Quiet & clean, nice kitchenette area. The only thing missing is a bathroom sink with mirror. There’s nowhere in the bathroom to wash your face, brush your teeth, put on makeup and get ready for your day. There is a full length mirror, which is great.
