“We are visiting San Jose from Los Angeles and this house was very charming, cozy, and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures posted. The host was great and the back yard was cute and pet friendly. ”

“Check in communication was not smooth at all and cars from the hood parked in the only driveway spot. Finally got a hold of a management rep that sounded of someone in an island with roosters crowing? They were not helpful with answering the need to get our driveway cleared and suggested to park in the attached garage but it was strewn with items and couldn’t park any small car. So no one knew how to get the cars to disperse. The property “owner” was definitely not on site but in another state……

“This location was FANTASTIC! I really didn’t realize when I booked how close it was to the CalTrain to go to San Francisco which made our weekends SO easy! It also had the cutest shopping area on the other side of the train that met all our needs. The room apartment was spacious and clean, and even had a tub which I didn’t realize was so rare in California lol! And even though there was an accident with a pipe in the laundry room, the host made sure it was clean and accessible! It was a truly……

“We had problems the moment we walked in the door and it was 58 degrees inside the home. They were utilizing two splitters in opposite ends of the home for heat and air conditioning. They also expected you to use electric heaters for the remainder of the house. These units are a fire hazard and also would have blown the electric according to their handyman. They had an archaic heater that was marked not in use but two days later when the handyman arrived, he relit it. He also had to repair the……

“The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own.”

“When we went to the place we had issues finding our way to enter the property the landlord was able to give me some information about how to get in. The she mentioned she forgot to clean the place. We got in and found used towels all around with weird smell. The places wasn’t cleared. And what she offered to solve was to wait like 2 hours for her to arrive that will give us clean bed sheets for us to change. We had driven a lot to find where we stay will be clean at least.
