"We stayed here for four nights in the middle of the week in mid-October. Highly recommend! It was very comfortable for us. I loved being able to walk to the beach, but then also being among the trees when sitting on the porch. We cooked all of our meals at the cottage, enjoyed sitting in the sunroom, and slept well in the comfortable bed. It is not too far of a drive to the grocery store in Milton, and also not far to drive to Lewes and Rehoboth for a day trip. We would definitely stay again!"

"Beware the eight floor is an event/wedding venue. There was extremely loud music and bass playing well past ten o’clock at night. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. When I called to ask when the wedding would be over the front desk said they didn’t know but that at least they had already seen some guests leave. That certainly didn’t help with the noise. I asked for the manager, Izzy, to call me the next day. He never did. Go somewhere else where you will be able to get sleep!"

"Very clean hotel, good location to walking distance to beach, parking was very convenient. The only 2 things I don’t give a 5 is because breakfast choices were very limited and they were all prepackaged.. I feel it should be posted more like a grab and go breakfast and the other thing would be they don’t recycle and being all is prepackaged there’s a lot of waste could be recycled like the cans of juice, cereal containers etc"

"This hotel was dated and the staff was not friendly. We stayed on a wash out of a weekend. One would think the staff would be extra helpful and hospitable given the fact that it was empty and we still came. There are no security features. Anyone can get on any elevator and go right into the guests halls. The hotel charges for everything. ..water, extra people in the room. Definitely not worth the price they charge. I would not stay here again."
