About this space
Cozy home with easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Humboldt Park is right across the street and has great walking paths, a beer and wine garden, and free concerts every Tuesday in the summer. Made to feel like your home away from home!
The space
Fully restored to it's 1937 charm. Crown molding throughout the first floor. Built in cabinets and the original fireplace. Kitchen has been fully remodeled to provide all of the modern conveniences. Half bath on the first floor. Both bedrooms are on the upper level and have TV's and a shared full bath.
