Terrific hotel. Will stay here on future trips to Milwaukee. Beautiful building with nice clean rooms. The standard room had a little kitchenette with a stove, and was very comfortable. I ended up needing to park on the street because the lot was full, but I had no problem finding a spot on the block. Staff was very kind and helpful.

This place has a ton of character, everything was great! Much more appealing than staying in a cookie cutter hotel chain, and you can’t beat the price for the location
Cool and clean as a muuug. Definitely would stay there again…one of the hallways looked like the scene from the shining, don’t be discouraged there were no ghost twins at any point. 5 stars
Room was larger than expected. A kitchen area and an office nook were both pleasant surprises. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Bonus, really close to the bus stop if taking public transportation.

The room was very clean and nice, I enjoyed my stay there.
This hotel is a hidden gem filled with old world vibes and clean comfortable rooms. I was truly surprised by the spacious room and well thought out amenities in the room.
The availability of easily accessible onsite parking at a reasonable rate was an added bonus to my stay as I was in and out of the hotel at odd hours.
I will definitely be staying here on any future trips to the area.
Staff were nice and very helpful. Parking was super easy. It’s a really cute place with an amazing location; walkable to the lake, the art museum, coffeehouses and restaurants. Was startled by an unfortunate visitor when showering, right before checking out. They just need to have an exterminator do some work.
This is an Historic Gem in Milwaukee. It is steps from Lake Michigan and while in an older neighborhood, close to many of the sites that Milwaukee has to offer.
The rooms are ideal for extended stays. Even the standard rooms have equipped kitchenettes with stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave. Larger rooms and suites have full kitchens. The rooms are large and have a lot of closet space.
The staff is very friendly and pleasant to interact with. Another plus is that there is a restaurant and bar attached. While we didn't visit this trip we have in previous stays and found the food good and reasonably priced.
It is our Milwaukee go to and I think it is a property worth checking out.
This was supposed to be a one bedroom suite for 5 people. The assumption would be that all 5 people have a bed, you would think. We had two couples and my father, who had to get a roll away. This room is comfortable for 4. We also could only get parking for two vehicles. So a bit of false advertising. Otherwise the stay was fine.
