“My room was not that clean, the security bar on my door was broken, the pool room was not that clean. No one was at the counter whenI needed help and the air conditioner didn't work that well.”

“Easy and hassle free check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was great, many different options. I wish they had a pool, but thats it. Everything else was top notch.”

“There was a floral cleaning scent everywhere. I opened the window to my room to air it out, but when I closed it and turned on the fan, the scent was coming out with the fan air. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were very ok for the price of the room”

“My wife and I liked the hotel it was clean and updated. The one thing that really upset me was the parking fee. That should be part of the room rental.”

“In a word: shabby. But it was pretty clean, and they do allow pets. But if you're looking for anything more than that, you will be disappointed. Flat pillows, exposed wires, not enough room to close the bathroom door , uneven bathroom floor, and battered furniture.”

“I booked Upjohn House but was told I had to come to Henderson Castle to get the keys, and I should stay there instead. It was nice enough, the setting of Henderson Castle is beautiful. I had a lovely French breakfast my first morning, but when I came down the second morning, no one was around, I was told breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, and I was downstairs at 7:00. So no breakfast the second day, I was really disappointed as I left the place. I liked my little room, the bed was comfortable and……
