Brand new construction, we moved locations and are back with Laid Back at Lake Anna! Beautiful home located on the public side of Lake Anna, mid-lake location, south of 208 bridge (NO HAB!). Home has over 100' of shoreline with a new boathouse to tie up your boat on deep water (12-15'). Perfect for the kids to run and jump off the dock or float lazily around the no-wake cove. Comes with paddle boards and kayak for exploring the lake. Home sits on 1 acre in a wooded neighborhood, with the public boat put-in down the road (annual boat launch pass at local marina). House has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, fully stocked kitchen and screened-in porch to relax and unwind. House has large fire pit area for relaxing nights after a day on the lake. House has wifi and smart TVs so you can log into all your favorite shows and movies. House has electronic dart board and games for non-water fun. Home has outside security ring cameras. Located just around the corner from the 208 bridge, 5 mins from Food Lion!
