Welcome to S’more Lake Anna, a brand-new waterfront home on the private side of Lake Anna. Designed for comfort and adventure, this modern retreat offers over 4,000 sq. ft. of luxurious living space, a 2-story dock and boathouse, a cozy fire pit, and breathtaking lake views.
Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, we’ve thoughtfully stocked the home with everything you’ll need—just bring your clothes, swimsuits, and water shoes.
The Space
This spacious home sleeps 16 with 4 bedroom suites and 4.5 bathrooms across two levels. Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, it features:

- Spacious gourmet kitchen – Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to cook for a crowd.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking outside for up to 6 Vehicles (No parking in locked garage). (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
