“The only Mandatory fees （65$ a night) not mention and when I ask any chargeable activities. They said only a leaflet will show.
Suggest must mention to guests when check-in. To avoid any arguments. ”

“We were disappointed with the state of the room we stayed in, given all the positive reviews we read before booking.
Unfortunately there was water leaking from the bottom of the toilet, the walls of the rooms were paper thin (meaning we could hear all the conversations happening in other rooms beside us). The bed was comfortable enough, but there were odd stains on the sheets.
The amenities were okay; the basketball and ping pong courts were useable, but the pool looked dirty and not……
