"This was the WORST hotel I stayed in, the location is beyond difficult to find and once I arrived the room looked nothing like the photos and the room was very dingy. I politely asked to receive a refund and they refused to respond to the Expedia representative. 0/10 would not recommend, the photos don't match the actual room, the bed is unstable if you even sit on the bed it will move which is a big safety hazard."

"Safe area and very walkable. Excellent restaurants within a 2 block walk in each direction. Big rooms and excellent bathrooms. The only downside is that you have to change elevators to get to the rooms. One elevator wasn't working so there was often a line up and very crowded as there was only a single elevator working to get back to the room."

"This hotel is an amazing hotel. Its the best hotel I have ever been to. Breakfast is good. The staff are well trained, professional and kind. Especially Parisa and Emma. These 2 were very helpful and nice."

"Property while not new, was still very comfortable. We found our room slightly small, but thats just our preference for rooms on the bigger size. The view was great. Staff was very helpful in all matters. Lobby was outstanding in looks."

"Located right on shopping strip. Convenient to shopping and other attractions. Staff were very friendly and ready to serve. 24 hours laundry free service. Good breakfast and free tea/coffee during the day. One note that the location is not accessible via car due to located right on shopping strip. A few steps from main road. Recommend hotel’s phone number to call ahead. We stayed for 4 nights. Great hotel. "
