This 2 bedroom centrally located apartment is the perfect home base. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, this 1100 sqft apartment is located in Grand Ave's Historic shopping district. Relax knowing this apartment has everything you need for a stress free stay. Enjoy being able to walk to amazing returants, bars, and shops.
2nd story, large 2 bedroom, 1 bath, spacious apartment. Fully stocked kitchen and living room with a sleeper sofa, washer and dryer, a bathroom with shower and tub. Both bedrooms have queen beds and lots of closet space. Each room is on either side of the unit, which makes it nice for privacy if you are traveling with family or friends. Really cozy but big enough to feel like you can spread out and have space to yourself.

State Fair
My 2 girls had swine at the state fair. We had to be there for 5 days. I chose this place because of the proximity to the grounds. We had to be to the grounds really in the morning. The neighborhood was nice & quiet in the mornings. In the evening it was a little busy, but we always got a parking spot in the back, which I was thankful for. We are from a small town in the country. My girls were a little leary of the closeness of everything but once in the privacy of apartment they relaxed. Definitely look for this place again if they win state fair trips again.
