City country, small Lake view, hot tub, game room fire place & lots of extras!

Hello! We have a beautiful place we call "city country". Our home is on 5 acres and has lake view off of a small lake (not accessible). We rent out our lower level, which is approx 2200 sq ft and is completely private. It is attached to our upper level, which is occupied. Private entrance, off road parking and patio! Sleeps 10+ easily.

Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Screened in hot tub, fireplace, kitchenette, full gym, game room area, movies, kayaks, books and more! We are a 1/4 of a mile from Coon Lake with boating and beach access a few miles away. Just 20 miles from Minneapolis.

Our base price is set for 2 guests. We do this to make it more affordable for smaller groups. It becomes a normal group rate at an additional fee per night, per guest after 2 guests.

The space:
We have the lower level of our ranch home available. Approx 2200 sq feet. It is private with its own entrance, a locked door separating the upper level, private patio and propane grill (seasonal), and private hot tub (use at your own risk).

The lower level includes: 3 bedroom suites, full bath, family room, kitchenette and dining area, outdoor screened in hot tub, game room area and full gym.
Kitchenette has: full fridge, microwave, Foodi ninja 13 in 1, full set of dishes and accessories, toaster, potted and kuerig coffee maker, 6 qt crock pot, Pizza Pizzaz, Indoor electric grill/skillet and indoor griddle.

Game room area has: ping pong table, pool table, darts and board games.
Full Gym has: treadmill, bikes on trainers(seasonal), bench press, kettle bells, dumbbells, various fitness equipment, TV/DVD player. Use at your own risk, 18+ years or older.
Living room area: Firestick TV, DVD player, lots of games and DVDS.

Outside: Soak in our 8 person hot tub (year round). Private and screened in. Relax on our by the fire on our NEW fire pit patio facing the lake. Or take the easy way out and chill on the attached patio by our propane fire table.
Outdoor Propane grill, Patio table and chairs all available for use.
Wood fire pit is Seasonal. Bring your own wood. Some can be purchased at One Stop in Ham Lake, about 2 miles away.
Yard games, extra lawn chairs and lawn tables, are available for use, under the main deck.

Available upon request: Card table, folding chairs, Queen air mattress and 2 single cots. Pack-n-play and dog crate and tie out.

Dogs are welcomed, there is a pet fee, and we asked that your dogs are crated if you leave the premises. We do have crates and tie outs available for use.

**NO UNPAID GUESTS. ALL EVENTS ON OUR PROPERTY NEED TO BE RAN BY US FIRST. We are okay with a couple of visitors stopping by for a couple of hours, but no unpaid guests can use the hot tub, or be here between 10pm-8am. Bringing extra guests will result in being charged for them. See fees for full info.

We are a dog family and have 2 lovable golden doodles. They’re never downstairs, even when it isn’t being rented. And they’re not generally even in the back yard where the guest entrance and area is. Just a heads up that you may hear them walking around a bit and sometimes barking at the mailman.
