The room was so clean and everything smelled so good. I kept burying my face in the bed linens because it smelled amazing and was so comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Just hard boiled eggs and chobani yogurt with granola and blueberries. Coffee was good however they didn’t have real sugar out? Just stevia which is the most Vail thing I can think of. Think skinny. So charming, comfortable and relaxing by the river! If you’re staying during off season (April 5th - November) a lot of the restaurants nearby will be closed but some options are still available. Can’t wait to stay here again as I travel through this area for work frequently.

This is a lovely little Inn right next to the river. They serve a nice breakfast and I really enjoyed the cozy sitting area in the lobby with a fire. It Was very peaceful UNTIL my last night when the Fire Alarm went off 3 Times !! 7pm, 9:30pm & 11:40pm..... there was no fire. It was a surprise to the staff as well as the guests and went on for a very long time. I spoke to the front guest on check out about some kind of compensation for this Major disruption. I was told my number would be given to the manager but here it is 5 days later with No response. I found this very disappointing considering how well the Inn appeared to be fun. This is why it does not have a perfect rating from me.

The Inn was the cutest place I have ever stayed and went above and beyond for me when I asked questions or needed anything. Very accommodating and having cookies and coffee out every day was such a cute touch. Will definitely stay there again next time I go to Colorado. Price also beat anywhere else and less than 15 min from skiing.

Really nice cozy place. The rooms were nicely updated as well as the lobby - common areas. The hall carpet is outdated, but the rest of the atmosphere made up for it. The location is great - across from the Saloon, which was hopping! It's only 10 minutes to Vail so super convenience. The only downfall was no TVs in the room. But overall this place is awesome! Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet location in Minturn Colorado, close to beaver creek and vail. Small town vibe but friendly people everywhere. Slight glitch where I was double charged (ouch!), but within a few days it was resolved. Still, frustrating. Room and facilities were clean and comfy. Sofa in the living room of our 2 bedroom.suite was narrow and needs to be upgraded. Beds were very good, parking was off street, and bathroom was updated nicely with high end shampoos, etc. I'd stay again.
