「Es waren Erholsamen, Wunderschönen 10 Tage in der Villa. Die Villa verfügt über alles was man für die kurze Zeit benötigt, alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Es liegt ein sehr kurzes Weg zum Strand. Hast du Fragen oder benötigst Hilfe, ist die Besitzerin sofort vor Ort. Wir Alle sind sehr Dankbar für die tolle Zeit und Gastfreundlichkeit 」

「Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered...

「We’ve just returned from Villa vagnoli!Wow what a lovely house in a lovely setting!!The road up to the house from Sperlonga was definitely an experience & for me (being afraid of heights!) was hair raising-but you got used to it!! The market was sweet on a Saturday morning too!!Stewart was a great host-always on hand to answer any questions!!Through his advice we got the train to Rome from Fondi & took a boat trip to Positano & Amalfi (rather than drive the road in August!) 「Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. The pool is fantastic to relax but also large enough to do some actual swimming, and we were very happy that it contained salt instead of chloride.
