Birmingham and Fazeley Canal near Minworth, Birmingham Here the canal is leaving the built up part of Birmingham and approaches Curdworth through flat farm land. There are still some recently built factory units and a sewage works to the south (right) of the canal. The original purpose of this canal was to provide a link between Birmingham and the south east of England, by way of the Coventry Canal and the Oxford Canal. John Smeaton was the engineer, and the canal was completed in 1789. The canal now runs from the BCN Main Line at Old Turn Junction, Birmingham to the Coventry Canal at Fazeley Junction, just outside Tamworth. The length is 15 miles (24 km), and it includes 38 locks. Wiggins Hill Bridge near Curdworth, Warwickshire Birmingham and Fazeley Canal. The original purpose of this canal was to provide a link between Birmingham and the south east of England, by way of the Coventry Canal and the Oxford Canal. John Smeaton was the engineer, and the canal was completed in 1789. The moored narrowboat beyond the bridge is having engine problems, and has just blown out an almighty cloud of murky smoke! The bridge carries Wiggins Hill Road from the A4097 (to the right) to Over Green and Grove End.

步行 - 4分鐘可達圖書館， - 6分鐘到Victoria Square - 3分鐘到Mail box shopping center, - 7分鐘到火車站和Grand Central - 12，3分鐘到 China town 缺點是回酒店就要上一小段斜坡 房間也不少，可以完全打開行李箱，有單人椅子和小桌子，洗澡的水量充足，但冷氣很弱又西晒。早餐就是英式早餐，地方夠大不用排隊
