「Great place to stay! Easy access to everything. We love the pool!」

「The space itself was decorated nicely, but the biggest two issues were the mattress and the shower. The mattress was extremely firm, little to no give. It made sleeping pretty uncomfortable and we didn’t have an actual comforter. The shower head had very low pressure and the shower didn’t drain properly so the water would pool at your feet while showering. There were some grayish black dots on the ceiling in the bathroom also that could’ve been mold potentially? And the vent was falling out of...

「Great stay! Host was super helpful. Loved the backdoor access to the pool and easy walk to the beach. Will hopefully stay here again!」

「Beach view,, short walk to beach and pool, could have been a little cleaner, but overall was nice…」

「Nice space for my pre-teen and me. We easily made mac and cheese on the hot plate, cooked bacon in the air fryer, and enjoyed pizza from three different nearby restaurants. Ice cream and mini golf were both within walking distance. The condo was reasonably clean and had a nice supply of beach gear. We couldn't find any board games, though. 「STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused...

「Pros: Location and view were great. Pools were nice. Condo was clean. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Cons: Condo needs a little TLC. Vertical blinds kept falling off when trying to open or close. Shower rod was barely holding on to rod holders. Baseboards were rotting & rusty (just needs a fresh coat of paint). King size bed was very hard/firm. I didn't mind because I have a bad back, but my wife couldn't sleep on it the entire time we were there, she slept on one of the bunk...

「Nice and clean updated apartment. The Luau has a nice enjoyable pool, it’s one of the reasons we keep coming back.」

「This was a great place to stay. It was clean, and even though it is not directly on the beach, you get a direct view from the balcony of the ocean and it’s only a two minute walk. The host was very quick to respond and my group had an amazing time!」
