Well kept, comfortable, clean and family friendly

The condo was clean, well, maintained, family friendly and in amazing proximity to the beach. We had a wonderful time and not even the threat of a Hurricane kept us from enjoying the pools and the beach.

Beach vacation

Condo is in a great location just a walk across street to beach. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It made it a wonderful experience and very reasonably priced.

Great Escape

Very nice well kept condo with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach. With an attached private beach just steps away and 2 swimming pools within the complex this stay surely will satisfy any water lovers needs. Jamie provided everything anyone would need with comfy beds, towels, linens, the kitchen has all the gadgets if you would like to stay in and cook. We had a great time in a fantastic area, Thank you.

Unit needs some updating especially in the appliances. The couch is not the one in photo and is pretty dirty other than that had cold a/c and everything was good. Had a wonderful time with the beach so close

Good Value

Jaime’s unit is consistently a good value for the money. Location is everything to us so we’re ok with the trade off. There was a gnat infestation this stay that drove us insane and the ceiling fans/vents required cleaning but other than that, things went smoothly. Overall, if location is key for you and frills and updates are not important, this unit will meet your needs.

Filthy oven. Only one dish towel, and 1 dish rag. Great location. Dirty couch and stains. Nice pools and hot tub. We had to unplug the tv each time, or it came back in about a minute. Easy access to the room. Lots of room. Easy access to gulf.

Nice condo, great location!

This is a nice condo in a great location. It has all of the necessary amenities for a short or extended stay. The condo was clean and quiet. Although there was construction on the exterior of the building, we weren't bothered by it and hardly even noticed it. Response to a minor air conditioning issue was immediate and was quickly resolved by the owner with a call to the on-site maintenance staff. It is centrally located on Old 98, within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The beach is right across the street through an access control gate and the walking / biking lane will take you through some beautiful nearby beach homes and resorts. We'd recommend this condo for its cleanliness, convenience, and central location.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay, Jamie was great to work with. I know he can’t do anything about the the noise (thin walls) but the people upstairs were very loud all hours of the night and day. Opening their sliding door probably 10 times an hour or more and not everyone respected the 10pm quiet time. Other than that, the location was great- quick walk to the beach. Having the kitchen fully stocked with dish detergent, trash bags etc was super convenient, and we appreciated the small details like the travel size bathroom supplies. May wanna bring extra towels and wash cloths as there is only 6, but that wasn't a big deal, I had brought a few extra so wouldn’t have to wash as much. Would definitely recommend and will probably re-book in the future.

Great Stay, Very clean! Comfortable as well!

This property is located in the 2nd building(not ocean view)right across the street from the ocean(gated entrance). It was very well stocked with everything we needed to get started. Very clean as well! Beds were comfortable. The bunk beds in the hallway were much bigger than expected, more like XL twins. The couch does have a pullout bed, however it wasn't super comfortable so we used a blow up mattress. But it is available and sheets are provided for it as well. Laundry is available at the bottom of the stairs. And two pools as well as a hot tub for the kiddos. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps including the umbrella rentals for the beach. They were much sturdier and we rented those instead for our stay. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a comfortable and wonderful week!

Fun family trip - perfect location

My husband and I brought the kids (15,13,13,13) for spring break. We were wanting a location a little more private than the typical spring break area and this was perfect. Private access beach was right across the street and was only a minute away. Pools and hot tub were nice. A few restaurants and souvenir shops in walking distance. Condo was very clean and nice and easy to get inside. Only complaints would be the furniture wasn't very comfortable and the queen sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. Usually my kids don't whine about things like that and we had to have them switch every night to share in their discomfort 😉 Oh, and two rolls of TP and one roll of paper towels, and two trash bags didn't last long for a family of 6. Just wasn't expecting to have to run to the store for that type of stuff. But overall, everything was good!

Excellent location, great amenities, nice & clean living space.

Excellent location! Directly across from the beach with private access that was not too crowded. Once being around the area for a bit, you realize how great of a perk it is. Condo complex was very clean and well kept. Common areas were neat and tidy. Anyone we ran into that worked there was friendly. The pools were clean and well kept. Actual condo unit was clean, and in good shape. It was perfect for our family of 6. Everything in condo was just as described in the description. We did not have any problems with door codes, they were easy to use. Laundry facilities were on site and we did not have to wait to use a washer or dryer. We look forward to staying here again, we already discussing a return trip before we left. Even the residents of the building were very welcoming and kind. Lots of things to do in the area that weren't overly expensive. From Bayside Wharf Hydro Flight show to the Dolphin Cruise at AJ's, to feeding alligators at Fudpuckers, and dining at Harbor Village, there is something for everyone nearby.

Perfect location!

Great stay! Perfect location and very convenient for beach, pool, and parking. I had a couple of questions which were answered immediately by the owner, and we had everything we needed. Visiting family in the area, it just happened to be Spring Break, but this property and unit were so convenient and perfect for us that we booked another stay before we even left for home.

Great Condo

The Gulfview condo was great. Wonderful location and beach access. The pools and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed those. The condo was perfect for.our stay we had no issues. The host Jamie was also very nice to interact with. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook meals and has grills on site which we used. We will stay here again in the future.

1st family vacation

Super convenient, perfect to house us until it was beach time. Many extras packed in the house of chairs and extras to use for stay. Could use some updating - couple of burners on stove don’t work, tv turns back on without someone turning it on, toilet seat shifts, oven only has one heating element so cooks uneven. Overall, it is right next to the beach - less than a couple min walk - pools are great! Community seems lovely and you’re close to all the shops stores you’d need. Definitely will be planning another trip!

Great location! near beach and restaurants, complex is aging but is well kept. Nice Hot tub and pools, but pools were COLD. The condo is older but clean, as mentioned in other reviews, the couch, is rough, stove top has one working burner, balconey needs a cleansing. But overall, great value.

Emerald Coast stay

Off beach condo building, older well-used furniture, same for the appliances, 3 of the electric stove burners didn't work. No elevator, but we only had to negotiate steps to second floor. The location was 5 stars, right across the road from the beach. We were mainly there to enjoy the sunshine and relatively mild weather while doing some walking and riding our bicycles. Great access to biking right out the parking lot. The queen bed was comfortable and the condo was very clean
