Perfect Location

Easy access to the beach! This unit was quiet even though it’s near the pool. Very nicely decorated and bed in master bedroom was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great Spring Break Relaxation

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The weather was cooler than we would have liked, but the condo was great. We love having the beach seats and umbrella ready for us at the beach.

This condo is great! We love the Maravilla. This unit is right behind the pool. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. Management company was very easy to work with.

Beach vacation

Property was good but beach access wasn’t because of umbrella crew took over all good spots on beach and didn’t allow you to put up private umbrellas in front of theirs wouldn’t rent you a front umbrella cause they are owner controlled had small kids unable to watch from way in back of all company umbrella’s you should be able to set up wherever you could will not come back because of this 👎

Amazing

This is the third time we have visited Miramar Beach and our third property at Maravilla. By far the best so far. The other two were great, but this was far better than we could have ever expected. I was nervous renting from a company instead of the actual owner, but RealJoy is great to work with. Instructions and documentation is simple and easy to follow. They were always communicating specific dates and times. Codes for gate and room were given in a timely manner. As far as the room, it was well stocked with toiletries. Very clean. It was our first with two showers which is great for a family of three. Nothing was damaged and everything was in working condition. You are also tucked into a corner of the building which gave you some more privacy. Beach was a short easy walk and the private beach is always clean and staff is amazing. Pool outside our room isn't heated but the pool in the back is and is just a short walk. I will definitely be looking at this room again for our next visit.
