Fun & Relaxing Family Vacation

Property was clean and location was perfect. We loved the views from the porch and both balconies. Management company was very responsive and even reached out on day 2 to make sure we didn’t need anything! Both checkin and checkout were easy. Zero complaints about anything. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property and location (although close to the activities of the Village of Baytowne Wharf, was on the quiet side). Very easy to check-in with door and gate codes provided. Kitchen items need update (cheap pans and no iron provided with board). Property Mgmt communicated before/during/after.

Since the bedrooms were upstairs we had to cut our family vacation short. SouthHaven properties said they would compensate.

Baytowne was great and we loved that all we had to do was go out the door and go a few steps and there were shops, restaurants, the bay, live music and entertainment, pools, tennis, golf. Everything at your fingertips and trips on the trolley to the beach daily were great. Our family had a wonderful time. The rental team and manager were great answering any questions we had and answered promptly and were veryhelpful and friendly. The rental was very clean and very well maintained. We definitely recommend this rental condo and will return in the future!
