Everything was great. Location was great. The only thing was the air vent in the ceiling in the bathroom off the bedroom leaks after rain but other than that it was a good stay and vacation.

Loved the view & great location. Well-stocked and provided needed amenities and quiet. Issues with Keurig leaking, dryer not functioning right, and safe key were reported to management.

I contacted someone about the issues I had/seen & was told they would get back to me the next day and nobody did so I reached out again and was told it would be sent to management so we can address the issues but still nothing was done . The location and everything else around was great!

Nice place

There was a few areas that could be improved on, but overall it was a nice place. I thought it was comfortable, had a great view, and was in a great location. We had trouble with the door code initially and guest services helped us very quickly and it wasn’t an issue after that. Would stay again!

Its worth it

We had a couple hiccups, received a text for early check-in while enroute which was awesome however once we arrived we were unable to get in with our provided code. Immediately called guest services who answered and resolved the issue very quickly. Our parking pass was not left in the room as stated but texted guest services, as I was wrangling 3 excited kiddos, once again responded and resolved the issue quickly! All in all though it was worth it! AMAZING view, the pool & hottub were nice and kept clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend and the kids are already ready to go back!

Great for the price!

Don't expect a brand new perfect condo, this is a cheaper unit and that's fine, we wanted cheap and this is as good as it gets! Room was very clean, not spotless, but it was better than most, remember people, had a slight smell but it's a rental!!! Beds were comfortable and the balcony chairs with cushions was a treat!
