NYE vacation

Booked this trip last minute for NYE. The listing was exactly as described. Beautiful view, overlooking the pool/golf course. Super easy walk to the beach. We watched the sunset every night at The Beach House, which was less than a 5 min walk. We will for sure be back!

Great location for families.

This condo was perfectly located near everything you need to enjoy a vacation at the beach. I would highly recommend this place for a couples getaway or a family with young children. The owner was amazing with communicating. Everything we needed to know was emailed to us.

Very pleasant stay in a nicely equipped condo

The property is located in a beautiful area surrounded by palms. We had a view of the large pool with the golf course beyond, The nicely appointed condo was exactly what we were looking for. Mert time we will plan to stay longer since this trip was rushed.

Wonderful time

We loved the unit and the views. The unit was clean and comfortable. The host was amazing! the communication was clear and he also provided a list of activities, restaurants, and shopping in the area. The only issues (which has nothing to do with owner) The entrance into the building isn't well lit and also the building read along with our contract "no dogs" and we encounter more than 4 coming on and off elevators. I love the area and the beach!

Great Stay!

The rental accommodated our family of three perfectly. Beautiful view from the balcony, short walk to beach, well-equipped kitchen, lots of families, and really nice pool area. This was our first trip to Sandestin and we definitely want to return. The Luau seems to offer the best value for your stay and, from what we saw, has the best pool, including a baby pool, which our toddler loved. The balcony was a perfect retreat during our toddler's naps and early bedtimes.

Great Condo Close to the Beach

We had a fantastic stay at the condo. Beautiful view. Great amenities at the Luau. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint was that the couch bed was a little rough on the back. But that usually comes with the territory. Overall wonderful condo, very clean and a great size for us. Can't wait to come back.

The only issue was the door leading to the balcony was malfunctioning. I busted up my hand pretty good trying to close the door. Otherwise very nice condo. Very nice stay. Would recommend to a friend.

Nice Condo-would stay again

Very nice condo-plenty of room. Love having the equipment for the beach!!! Very nice stuff. There were 2 beach towels that were available. Very nice to have them even though it said there were none. Very clean. Nice to have codes and not keys to deal with for room entry. Pool hamburgers were awesome! Pool was very nice too.

Quick beach get away

This was the perfect place for me, my daughter and her 6 year old boy. The information provided prior to checking in was very detailed and organized. Appreciated the use of beach chairs and cart. My only suggestion would be to provide a few games or deck of cards as well as an ink pen and pad of. paper. We aren’t tv watchers and if inside, it would be nice to have some activity options. Overall, very satisfied and will consider visiting again.

Work can be fun!

Work brought us to the area. We decided to stay at this resort rather than a hotel. Best decision!! The condo was absolutely the best. Perfect size, well maintained, decorated with class, great views and location was spectacular. Just a quick walk to the beach. The unit came with what we needed for the beach. The pool was clean and we loved the hot tub. The unit had everything we needed or wanted to be able to prepare meals without going out. Top of the line appliances were great. The owner was absolutely amazing in helping us when we needed to extend our trip (twice.) The Sandestin area is always great, but even better when you have a condo this nice!!

Mom’s birthday celebration with 2 daughters and granddaughter

This condo was beautiful and it was so accommodating for our group of 4 for our Girls Trip with our mom/grandma. The view was gorgeous of the pool with the waterfall and the beach was visible from the balcony. The condo was equipped with Keurig which was a nice for morning coffee. The owner had great communication with detailed emails of what to do upon arrival. He listed the codes for everything we needed. It was very nice to have a wagon with lawn chairs and umbrella for the beach that was easy to access from the storage closet on the ground floor level. We would definitely consider this amazing condo again if we come to Sandestin. Thank you so much for such a great place to celebrate this special occasion.
