Excellent property management

This reservation was handled so well. Even when we experienced an issue, the property manager handled it with class. Great location, right across from the beach, with easy access. Great trip.

5 star location. Bedroom does have a wet dog smell. Bed was hard and squeaky. No toaster or hair dryer as stated in listing. Directions for entry to resort are very confusing. Access to a vacuum in unit would have been great.

Another great time at SeaScape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to SeaScape for around 30 years and have stayed in so many different condos there. We have enjoyed every visit there with our kids and now our grandkids. All the units are always in good shape, some more updated than others over the years. This unit is in a great location, and in good shape. The furniture could use some updating but was satisfactory. I'm not looking for a luxury condo, I'm there for the beach and friends and family. The property was very clean and we had a great time celebrating my 70th birthday with about 10 other families. Even had a bonfire on the beach which all the kids really enjoyed.

Seascape 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was nice. I won’t go more then nice since a good nights sleep was hard since this bed frame squeaks with every slight movement. This condo felt like it was decorated at a flea market but they didn’t clean the furniture. It was dusty, greasy, hairy, and the coffee table was covered in water marks. My other problem was in the description it stated the kitchen was stocked. We cook on vacation and we got groceries before seeing the place. There was one frying pan. No bake wear for pizza rolls or a dip or casserole. One very small pot. This is not a stocked kitchen. It had a **** coffee maker and the can opener barely opened cans. With the large sum they get weekly give the people a new coffee maker. Put the mattress on the floor throw that frame out to the junk man.
