Sandestin summer

Very clean property. Good location for all things sandestin. My family loves this area from the golf carts, swimming pool, the beach and baytown wharf. It is a congested drive to destin but anything around sandestin its perfect. Plenty of space in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property management was quick with any issues i had and gave clear instructions with anything that was needed or asked. Would recommend this property to anyone with a large family.

We loved the property! The house was clean and offered plenty of room for our party of 12. We loved jumping on the golf carts and hitting the various restaurants and shops on the property- not to mention the ease of getting to the beach!

A Sandestin Getaway

Perfect location for a winter retreat. Property exceeded expectations. Beautiful and well maintained property with many opportunities for a variety of activity (for all ages). A great coastal location for family and friends to gather. Convenient airports.

Wonderful Bungalo

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at this quaint but large enough bungalow for our family. Location was great. We are right across from a heated pool for the children love the two golf carts to help out the large family. I would recommend this bungalow to any family.

Summer 2024 Short Family Vacation

We checked in on a Wednesday and out on a Sunday. The house was as described in the listing. It is very spacious and allowed us to spread out. The golf carts were nice and kept a charge for several days. We would stay here again.

Got in at 4 pm exactly. House big, spacious, clean and beautiful. Sandestin is a great place to go on vacation . Two golf carts for whole family.

Great location and size perfect for two families with kids. Right by the pool. Golf carts for transportation were perfect. Quick ride to the beach. Bring additional dishwasher soap, bags, TP, etc and you should be all set.

Everyone had their own space. House was clean and nicely decorated. There was enough towels. Absolutely loved having 2 golf carts. The grounds and landscaping were beautiful. Everything we needed was very close. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay at Sandestin

Overall the stay was great as usual. Plenty of room for the ten of us (2 oldies and 8 between the ages of 18-23). Parking at the house a little inconvenient because it’s only wide enough for one vehicle but long enough for 2 so had to sometimes move a vehicle to get the other out. Nitpicking I know! The two golf carts were great for getting around. Having the pool right across the street was nice. The only problem we had was with the grill. We were doing a seafood boil one night but gonna cook some chicken for someone that doesn’t eat seafood. I started the grill and went in to do some things while it heated up. When I came back out it was engulfed in flames because it caught the grease and stuff in the bottom of the grill on fire. I had to use the fire extinguisher to put it out. This is the second time this has happened at a unit we’ve stayed at. The cleaning crews need to do a better job of cleaning these out between people staying. That being said, I called and reported this and they brought out a new extinguisher the next day. Overall an excellent time and we would return again.
