Spring Break and wine fest

Had a great time at Sandestin with the fam. Adults enjoyed winefest and there are so many activities for the kids as well. The house had the perfect layout for families with kids, plenty of bathrooms for everyone and a grassy area out back where they could run and expend some energy We did have an issue with the golf carts charging but the property manager was very responsive and quickly fixed the issue. Highly recommend

Awesome spring break!!

Lovely Community

My family and I came to have a quick vacation prior to summer ending and we couldn’t have been happier. Lovely home and great community. Baytowne Wharf is super safe and close to a lot that can be accessed on foot, bike, or golf cart. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to the Panhandle.

Family get away in Destin

$100 is a lot for an early chek in when we only wanted to drop of cold groceries. Denise was great, and we dropped them off at her residence and she took them to the property before our late check-in. Hat's off to Denise for her help.

Perfect family trip!

We had a great time at the house! The location was perfect, and having two golf carts was awesome! You really never need to leave the resort (great for avoiding all the traffic on the main highway!), and have everything you would need within a short distance. We loved that the pool is literally steps from the house. The house itself was very clean and had everything we would need. Our only suggestion would be to supply a baby gate for the bottom of the stairs, but other than that it was perfect! We will likely be booking the house again next summer!

Cute neighborhood & very convenient to all amenities. This property is a little outdated & shop worn. Kitchen is very under supplied. The property manager is very responsive & was a pleasure to work with.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

Just As Nice As Described

It's not 4 bedroom and 4 bath.

It say 4 bedroom but actually it has two bedrooms and one office room has single bed and play room has bed and bunker to make it sleep 8. There are 2 common bathroom to make 4 bathroom. Common bathrooms lock were bed so you can't lock. Actually property is two bedrooms with four or three kids and not 4 bedroom 4 bath.

Awesome Bungalo stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love staying in the Bungalos. This is a great unit. It is just across from pool and putting green which kept kids very occupied. Upstairs living room was also great for kids. It was well equipped with 4 bathrooms, which was very nice. I enjoyed the back porch and privacy. Golf cart was great. In my opinion you cannot rent in Baytowne neighborhood without a golf cart. Getting to beach and constant grocery store runs are super conveinant.One of our best weeks ever in Sandestin. The water was incredible!

Great location - the golf cart was the highlight of the stay

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pull out beds in the upstairs loft were unusable - we found a queen blow up bed but my 19 & 17 year old sons did not fit on this. Also - the master bath shower head was not working correctly. I called and left a message requesting repairs and did not hear back from anyone. We purchased a twin blow up bed and my husband repaired the shower head. Great location - too many family photos and knick nacks for a rental though. The beach was way too crowded in Sanddestin so we went to the state park beach. We enjoyed the golf carts - but the 6 person one does not hold a charge and left us stranded one day.

Best Family Vacation Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful time on family vacation! This home was perfect for us to rent and very user friendly! The management team went above and beyond to let us know what type of coffee pot was in the home and answered all of our questions beforehand so we knew what type of meals to bring for each day.The app was a wealth of knowledge for us and our children as it had all the pertinent information needed! This rental has two golf carts which was amazing for our family because we could all do different things and our teenagers were able to easily access the trams to allow them the freedom of accessing whichever activity they chose that day. We enjoyed the fact that it was a family home and felt so welcome! Right when you walk in there is a photo of the owner’s entire family and it made us all smile to know that they were extending their home to us. The rental also came equipped with beach chairs and sporting/activity accessories. All right there at our fingertips! We noticed the dishwasher was leaking and immediately reported that to the property management. It was a weekend and it wasn’t a bad leak but water damage is no joke so we wanted to let them know immediately before any damage could occur to the home. They responded RIGHT AWAY! I couldn’t believe how quickly they had someone out there. They fixed it right away and were so kind. This really was such a beautiful vacation for our family. I can’t wait to visit again! We felt the home was reasonably priced, even though it is expensive to stay it came with all that we could have hoped for and more. My husband and I would love to visit again with our family and are already saving for the next time we can visit again! We would be thrilled to stay in the same home next time. Definitely pleased with our rental and the property management team. Kudos! God Bless!

Great place but bring everything you will need

Our recent stay at the property, overall, provided a pleasant experience with a few notable caveats. The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. However, we noticed that the living was adorned with numerous delicate items, which may pose a challenge for families with young children. The management company was a highlight of our stay, as they were extremely responsive and addressed all of our inquiries promptly. One significant drawback was the lack of adequate supplies and equipment in the kitchen. With only four steak knives and a very small cutting board, meal preparation was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the minimal provision anyone planning to cook might need to bring their own kitchenware. The provided household essentials were also limited. The kitchen included only one dishwasher soap and a single roll of paper towels. The bathrooms each came with just one roll of toilet paper, with some rolls being only partially full, likely left over from previous guests. When I contacted the management company, they informed me that guests were expected to supply these items themselves. We would have been more prepared had this been clearly stated in the property description. It's not practical to purchase small quantities of such essentials during a short stay. An additional charge to cover these items would greatly enhance the guest experience, sparing us from having to bring these with us.

Almost perfect vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house. Great clean home with plenty of space. We had an issue with one golf cart and the upstairs AC. Maintenance came immediately and issues were fixed right away! Our only complaints would be the bedding and provided kitchen supplies. Each bed only had one blanket and sheets. No additional blankets so we had to actually go purchase blankets as we were cold (it was in the 40s at night). The king sized master bed had only two very small pillows (not even the standard size) and were about an inch thick. We were disappointed that we needed to buy additional trash and dishwashing tablets. Only one bag was provided and one tab for dishwasher. We also needed to buy our own coffee filters and plastic wrap. Typically homes we have rented have had a small amount of basic pantry items, but this home did not. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. Our first time at Sandestin, and I would recommend and come again!
