「I booked here because there were several reviews on how clean this location was. I loved the size of the suite but there were a few issues. I can say that the staff was really nice but maybe not enough of them to really keep the property super clean. The breakfast buffet was nice but difficult for staff to maintain cleanliness of the buffet, tables, and trash while people were eating. 「The luggage cart had all pet hair on it. The room had a bad odor like cat pee. We called FD she said she can't change a room or refund and there is no maintenance either so she came herself and gave us air freshener . Our bedside lights weren't working either, we called to fix it and remind them again next day than only they fixed it in the late afternoon on next day. Try to brush our teeth , the sink was not draining fast enough. Called FD there was no maintenance, we asked if they can fix it...
