Amazing amenities

The location and view was fantastic. It was nice having basketball, shuffle board, mini golf and pickle ball and tennis so accessible, especially on the cooler beach days.

Great location, bad plumbing.

We loved this condo, except for the plumbing issues. There were some really fun events happening on the property and the view was excellent. It was also very clean and comfortable, but the water issues and confusing television/cable situation took this condo down to a three.

Decent stay just wasn’t pleased with all aspects.

I probably wouldn’t rent again unless all lights and other things were fixed. I called into maintenance but no one ever came by to look at the problems. Overall we made it work but checked out a day early.

Very Best View

This condo was a perfect getaway for my family. We had plenty of space, beds were comfy, and the views from the living room and the master bedroom were incredible. We were so close to the water and high enough that i felt like we were on a cruise ship and all you could see was water as far as you could see. The amenities at Tops’l were also a hit with my crew. Fitness center, heated indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, & sauna…we will def stay here again.

Great view saved this condo

The Wi-Fi was terrible. Slow drain in master sink. Toilet was always clogged in master. Plunger was horrible. Rug was filthy. Furnishings dirty. Stove was rusty. Washer/dryer combo was a joke. It was tiny and you could only wash or dry. Could not do both at same time. The ceiling looked like it had been patched, and it looked horrible. There was cracked tile everywhere. I have stayed in a lot of condos at this location before but this one needed some TLC.

The pool was not cleaned. 4 days I found the skimmer and cleaned the pool.d it for the guest.

I have stayed at the Tides of Tops'l for the past 6-7 years. This year I was not happy with a lot of things. I probably will not be back. It seems that you don't care. I paid a lot of money for 10 days for what.
