This four story Destin condo complex provides guests with a refreshing sense of privacy especially compared to the quantity of high-rise condominiums nearby. Every condo at Windancer features stunning panoramic views of the gorgeous gulf and the white sand beaches.

Windancer is the perfect place to soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip in the beachfront pool or swim in the inviting gulf waters which are just steps away. An adjacent lawn leads to a small stone patio which has a convenient place for grilling.
Close to shopping and dining, but not to traffic!  This will truly be your Happy Place!!

2nd Floor Loft Room Information:
Bedroom #3 is accessed by going thru King bedroom #2, no door at at top of loft steps or in to shared vanity area. Bedroom #3 does have a door for privacy. Shared bathroom, toilet and shower area provide a door for privacy, vanity area is open.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

No pets allowed

This property has parking for 2 vehicles.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a trailer or RV.
