Anniversary trip

It has been several years since we have stayed at Tops’l. So glad we made it back. Staff in welcome center fitness canter & tram drivers were very friendly. Property was decorated so nice. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful and Sparkly Clean!

I loved that this place was beautifully renovated and cleaned with love. This was our third stay in Miramar Beach as a family and our best rental yet. Lovely decor, beautiful kitchen with new appliances and washer/dryer, gorgeous countertops throughout. The ENTIRE place has been renovated from top to bottom. I’m a stickler for a clean space…otherwise I don’t feel comfortable, but this place was very clean! The balconies could have been blown/cleaned for leaves and pollen, but it wouldn’t deter me from staying again. It’s also peak pollen season, so I get it. We loved our stay!

Satisfactory

The home was comfortable and clean with appliances in good working order. I would have given a higher rating for this home but unfortunately there was a leak that developed from the master bathroom to the first floor. I was unable to use that shower for the rest of our stay. Also there was a chair with a broken back leg that could have been dangerous if someone had sat on it and it snapped off. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay at the resort and found the tennis club and surrounding community especially enjoyable.

Tops'l Resort is the finest tennis and Beach destinations.

My family stayed in a villa next to groomed clay courts filled every day with players of all ages and abilities. The club house is well staffed and delivers the needs of their patrons as their job and intentions to detail.
