But that view!

I was originally in a condo without a view and had to move due to a/c issue - vacasa was quick to respond and did what they could to make us comfortable - and having this incredible view made our trip that much better. I would absolutely stay here again and pay the price difference from a condo with no view. The space is cozy - its a studio after all - clean, and has mostly everything you need. In our first condo there were beach chairs and im glad we had those (and used for the rest of our stay!) before we moved because there were no beach chairs provided with this room. There is also a coffee pot and not a keurig, which you need to know so you can buy your coffee accordingly (coffee lovers you get it!) The mattress is one of those foam mattresses (its not what you would find at a hotel), which isnt my preference, but slept fine regardless. Overall, lovely condo mostly due to the INCREDIBLE view.

False advertisement not a good rental place to stay, outdated, small & uncomfortable had to leave.

Property expectations was not what it seemed, very small & tight. Bed mattress was old had a dent in the middle, not comfortable needs to be replaced. Same with the sofa bed was not sleepable because u could feel the springs from head to toe. Could not stay another nite had to complain & leave to find me a hotel. Besides that the latch on top was broken & lock on door as not secure. Saw a roach, would not stay ever again in Laua.

Needs another elevator

Staying on the 15th floor of a 20 story tower with only one elevator working was the downside to an otherwise great stay. Apparently the second elevator had been down for days already. Residents were upset and tensions ran high for people on lower floors unable to get space on the lone descending elevator. And without a service elevator, the situation was made worse by the service carts and staff. It seemed like the office was indifferent to the issue. So much time wasted that could have been at the beach or pool or resort.

The perfect getaway!

This property was amazing and the perfect spot for a quick getaway. We had absolutely no complaints - great facility, comfortable bed, easy walk to pool and beach. We will definitely be back!

My only issues were the hot tube was closed and no seating on the pool deck. Easy walk to the beach. Great view from the room!
