This vacation rental is located less than a mile from miles of white, sandy beach along the Gulf of Mexico. For additional outdoor adventures, make a reservation to explore the Coffeen Nature Preserve, a fascinating, 210-acre park and World War II missile-testing site, less than a mile from your front door. And if you're in the mood to shop or dine out, check out Grand Boulevard at Sandestin where you'll also find a upscale retail options, restaurants, and even a movie theater. An additional shopping option you won't want to miss are the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just two miles west.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
