This house was perfect for our family reunion! It had plenty of beds for everyone and plenty of seating in the common areas. The house is very well maintained. The golf cart made getting to the beach very easy.

The house was very nice and spacious. We had a few hiccups with the hot tub and pool and some electrical issues but the manager was very quick to send someone out to fix the problems. Overall we had a memorable time. I highly recommend staying at this location!

This was a lovely property and perfect for our women's retreat. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The house was clean and well kept. We loved how close we were to the beach and took in many sunrise and sunset walks. the pool and spa were highly appreciated. The response from the management team to questions was prompt.

We had 4 families who each have large families. The space is great and allows various age groups to have their “spot” to hang out. The house was super clean and provided all the items we needed. Proximity to the beach is great. It was a wonderful time.

Everything was as described. Property was beautiful! Plenty of options for dining close by. Had issues with the hot water (cold showers) but that was addressed. No complaints on out end. Would definitely come back!

Everything was as described. No surprises. The property was clean and well equipped. Our family is rather large (17) there was ample room for all of us. The location is great. Beach, restaurants and shopping are close by.

There were several of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. The screened in area was great to avoid mosquitos. The kids loved the pool. More than enough bed for out large party of people. We didnt have any complaints! Would recommend to family and friends to stay at this house.

We spent a couple days with my girlfriends daughter and her friends to celebrate with a small gathering for he 16th BDay! The accommodations were perfect and better than advertised , the pool and spa was very warm and inviting. We had everything we needed in the house. I highly recommend the property and the management company

We had a great time at the Funky Flamingo! New house and close to the beach, which was great for our group of 19! With a new house came a couple of unexpected items (hot water heater, fan controls, tv remotes, small ice maker in fridge), but nothing the property manager couldn't help us with over the phone / text within a few hours of reaching out. We all agreed that we would stay again the next time in Destin!

We celebrated my husbands birthday at this home and it was perfect! The home was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone. The third floor arcade/air hockey was a huge hit with our son and his friends. The outdoor living space was an adult favorite and everyone enjoyed the pool/spa. The included golf cart is a wonderful way to go to the beach or just cruise and take in the views. The location is perfect, centrally located and convenient to everything. The property management company was easy to communicate with from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed staying at Funky Flamingo.. we had some issues with the door locks, outlets in the bathrooms( kept having to reset them) also had issues with the pool heater panel on the last day. I think that the owner should provide towels other than bath towels. There should be pool/ beach towels to use while you were at the house. Define should be more than one washer/dryer for a house that size. The management staff was very responsive every time I called with an issue. We would definitely recommend the Funky Flamingo!

Between the quality of the house not feeling like a traditional rental home, but a quality comfortable home, quality furniture and beds, the arcade games were obviously a hit with the adults and the kids! The pool being the most popular feature, hot tub was great for us older folks! Lol. Overall the home is close to the beach, safe in gated community, new and high end, property management kmkany was so easy to work with and so helpful, not a typical company we see, definitely a few notches above, the care for the home showed that’s for sure. Absolutely 0 will be back to one of their homes! Probably even the Funky Flamingo! Thank you!

The house was perfect for us! It was beautiful, nice king suites, plenty of other hang out spots! Communication with property manager, Travel Life, was wonderful. Pool and hot tub were super relaxing and great location. Super easy access to the beach and a bunch of restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!!!
