if you’re looking for a very nice place that is very clean in a great location. This is the house you need to look at. Everything was great extremely nice walking down to the beach, knowing that you have chairs and an umbrella for your own personal use.

This condo is a solid value in a great location. The beach is wonderful and the amenities of strong loungers and umbrellas already set-up on the beach is fantastic. The photos on-line actually play down the unit. Just a solid vacation rental. We will be back. We rent condos for every trip due to the size of our family. So believe me when I say this one is worth a try.

The condo, building, grounds and location were great. The only issue was went the ac leaked, I called and texted for assistance in the evening with no response until morning when someone just showed up. It all worked out ok. Surf Hut next door was very disappointing for diner.

Nice view and the Beach house has great beach access and a good pool. We enjoy being able to use the community grills by the pool also. This unit is a little outdated compared to others we have used in the past at this location. Baseboards chipped, tile in the kitchen damaged under the sink and for some reason the living room door was installed backwards so you can see through it into the bathroom that accesses the living room. Vacasa got a maintenance person out quickly to address that, he said he couldn’t believe it hasn’t been brought up before. He said they would fix it after we leave to not disturb us - we hung a sheet over the door for the week. Love the property but wouldn’t stay in this unit again unless it gets updated.

The proximity to the beach was great. Check in was easy and the kids loved having their own room with their own bed! There were a few minor details that weren’t great, the tub drain in the master bath didn’t drain well, the broom that was there was so wore out that it was hard to sweep up the sand that was tracked in, but neither were a big deal. My only major complaint was the obnoxious upstairs neighbors that didn’t observe the quiet hours and acted like they were the only ones staying there. But I guess not everyone has common respect for others. Otherwise, we loved being so close to the beach and that it wasn’t overly crowded.

We had a great time! We LOVED the location of this condo. I was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the beach! The walk to the beach was easy and very accessible for my elderly mom! No complaints!!!!

Good location; right on the beach. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were super nice. Kitchen was completely stocked with anything you needed. furniture left a lot to be desired especially the dining room chairs. Balcony got a little crowded. Easy checking in and out without having to go to a physical location. Overall the square footage in this unit was pretty small for four adults and a small child and was made worse with a humongous oversized living room chair and ottoman

We enjoyed our stay here very much. I was worried because it didn’t look like a super modern updated condo but it was clean and well stocked. Great location to great food and right on the beach. I would absolutely stay in this condo again and honestly plan on booking again in the future.
