Just as i was expecting nice location

Perfect in every way.

This property was amazing. Super location. Very spacious condo. Spotless . Loved being on the 17th floor. Everything was exactly as presented. We will return to this location. Loved the Sandestin area.

Great Stay as Always

Unlike other rentals, having to stop at their office first!4830 Westwinds is a beautiful well cared for condo. Beautiful views. Not your ocean front view, but nice eastern side of building views of ocean. The bed was a little too hard for us, but a foam pad was available for it. Love the 17th floor only has 3 units and seem quiet. It not only has 2 bathrooms but extra toilet for guest off kitchen. We enjoyed the large tv for football games! We have stayed at many condos at Westwinds, would stay at this one again.

Perfect last minute getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is clean, has great view of beach to the east (sunrises) and is stocked well. Love that leasing company leaves starter packs of soaps/tp/wash pods to get you started! We saw fireworks on Monday night with a great view. Beach area for Westwinds is soooo much less crowded than by Hilton beach entry. Westwinds will be my first preference of buildings going forward. Pool is very nice and has good food/drinks for order. They do check wristbands so people from other buildings don’t sneak to Westwinds pool. Parking was very available, luggage carts on lobby level if you park on ground floor. Ice machine outside by pool for 3$ per bag.Unit technically houses 6 using sofabed but this may be tight if 6 adults, but hopefully you’re just in room at night anyway. If kids, then it would be fine. Twin beds in bedroom 2. Loved the extra half bath. Beds very comfy! In laundry closet, there are multiple beach chairs and a boogie board - very nice touch. Had to call property mgr during stay as power in unit went out very briefly, they answered right away and issue was fixed very quickly. Property mgr called me on my first day there and left message asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay better - excellent customer service!Overall, a lovely rental, would 100% book again. Thank you!

Great location right on the sand.

Besides the pool snack bar not being open during the week and the crowded beach, we had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable.

We really enjoyed this property. We had everything we needed. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful, close to everything. The amenities on the property were great. Our kids loved going from the beach to the heated pool. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect place for fun in the sun!

We loved staying at this condo for Spring Break! The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The pools and grounds of this property were wonderful and the beach access was so convenient. We also loved the location and access to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the amenities that were here and the place was perfect for us! There was a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful views to eat on the balcony! Pool and beach were awesome- it helped that there were chairs to take down! This is a perfect place!

Mesmerizing waters

Perfect 17th floor 2 bedroom 3 bath condo. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated with an exceptional view of one of the prettiest beaches we have ever experienced! The pool area had lovely landscaping that made it quite relaxing.

Gorgeous views

This was a perfect spot. The view from all rooms was breathtaking. The walk to the beach was mere minutes. From our place we could see the sunset every evening. Overall it was a lovely condo and we are already looking forward to our next trip.
