Great location. Check in went very smoothly. Property is showing its age especially with sliding glass doors. Filter on jetted tub in primary bathroom needs to be cleaned and dust on end tables in living room. Pool are was fine but hot tub was at most lukewarm. Convenient access to beach. Overall good stay but value for the price paid with all of the fees added in was short of expectations.

Wonderful!

We had the best mini girls trip this July! The chair service is a must have, but they weren’t set up until 9am so just be ready to claim your spot because they fill up quick! The unit was clean and had everything we needed!

Great location!

The proximity to the beach is excellent, and we enjoyed the chair service. It was great being able to have all meals outside with the beach view. Check in was easy, and the unit had all the plates, utensils, cups you would need. The unit was comfortable, but it is in need of a deep cleaning. Carpets look dirty, there is dirt in all crevices, and dust everywhere. The curtain in the master bedroom does not fully close. The common areas are also not well maintained. The kids area is very dirty, so we did not let our one year old play there.

Yeah

Outdated and was hard to find the room. No signage outside to direct you where room numbers are at. Go there and weed smell filled the room. We only used this room and property to sleep. We left property to go somewhere else to enjoy beach.
