Great condo and great owner!

We totally enjoyed staying in 605A. The view was amazing, the owner was so helpful and attentive. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen, etc. We hope to return again soon!

Beautiful place to stay

This place is great close to all the best restaurants and stores. Indoor and outdoor pool. The unit is clean and it's easy to find your way around. Will most definitely be renting again.

Great Location and Clean!

This condo had all of our needs: coffee maker, pots, pans, and even a Keurig!! The view was picture perfect and you can hear the ocean waves loud and clear! Easy access to parking, restaurants, bars, pool, and walking path! All at your fingertips for a relaxing Florida getaway!

Best vacation ever!

We've been to Destin several times, and this is the perfect place to stay on Miramar Beach! It's view is beautiful and access to the beach is great. The indoor/outdoor pool is nice and cool. Our room was exactly as portrayed; clean, furnished with all the essentials, etc. We texted Todd several times and he always replied very quickly with answers. Great place to be! We'll definitely go back!!

Only recommendation is for Majestic Sun itself. The resort itself needs more umbrellas in the pool area! 4 umbrellas when its 95+ degrees out is not enough, especially when people save them all day.

A++ service from owner! Very clean.

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect place for us and our two kids, 2 and 4. Very clean. My daughter left her special bunny she slept with since birth, and the owner drove to this unit, got the bunny and put it in the mail to us. Wow! Couldn't have asked for better stay or service! We definitely will be back!

As described, clean with all the amenities we needed

Great experience. Building is overall well managed, considering the constant sand and water they have to deal with. Unit is clean and as described, plenty of space for our family. Air condition worked great when we needed to cool off. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, flatware, etc. I would recommend.

We arrived at the condo on A saturday. Everything was just as expected to be. Very neat, clean & equipped with the things we needed. The beach was beautiful & the pool was amazing. Reviewer Comments: I really loved this unit, it had everything we needed and more, The views and location were just what I wanted, I wanted to wake up looking and listening to ocean and I got just what I needed. The master bedroom was big and the bed was very comfortable, I think my family liked the the other bedroom as well, I liked that were tv's in every room. The only thing is the sleeper sofa was not very comfortable or sturdy but most aren't to be fair, we made it work. Thank you for supplying all the beach things we needed. Just a suggestion for us that fly in maybe a couple big beach towels to use would be nice.

Amazing stay in Miramar Beach!

My husband, I, and our teen boys stayed in this condo 4 nights. It has an amazing location! A quick walk across the street and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views of the beach. It took a little trial and error to figure out how to lock the door, lol! For some reason we didn't know that there was a closet full of beach gear in the second bedroom. There are also many great restaurants within a few miles. We would love to stay here again!

It IS 5'oclock somewhere!!

My family of four were very comfortable in this unit. The unit was clean...we loved the use of the washer/dryer...very nice and clean. The beach chairs and beach toys were an added bonus. The owner was very responsive to one small problem: we could not open the hurricane door, we do not have those in Michigan. He answered our call on teh first ring and talked us through our dilemma!! we would recommend to anyone!

Great time at Majestic Sun A605

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As Snowbirds, we sat on the Sundeck 10am at 55-60 degrees to suntan and were warmed by the sun, no wind up here. We walked across the street to Whale Tail for afternoon beer and shrimp, 1 building behind us for large economical lunches, 1 building to the east for 4th floor restaurant with a panoramic view of the beach. Winn Dixie is the only grocery we've found with a Tap room for beer and wine served, and grocery carts with a cup holder to shop and drink at the same time. There are just so many places to go within 15 minutes east or west to enjoy, and great day trips if you wish.

Destin Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation in Destin. The view from the Condo was wonderful and location was convenient. There was 3 beach chairs and an umbrella you could use, but we enjoyed using the beach service( if you want to be on the first row make your reservations with LDV beach service early). Pros: *Proximity to beach *Location *Covered parking *Beds were comfortable and had plenty pillows/covers *Walking distance to restaurant, coffee shop, convenience store and Alvin's Island * Grocery store (Winn Dixie nearby) * Condo was clean *Nice patio furniture to enjoy morning coffee or people watch Cons: *People smoking on balconies * I had to go buy a skillet and pot because the kitchen is not stocked well. It was surprising how little pots/pans present. There wasn't even a toaster. *Patio was covered in sand and if you walked out barefooted, the bottom of your feet were black *The road you have to cross to get to the beach was very busy. Crosswalks are not lit at night so you have to cross very carefully. * Pool is small and has very limited loungers * Never saw bbq pits or grills so if you plan on grilling you should verify availability Overall the Condo is very nice. The biggest complaint was the lack of appliances and cookware. If you don't intend on cooking, this condo is great!
