Location is great

Great location, beautiful view, comfortable, easy parking and have the amenities one needs for a good holiday. Some minor things need some attention but nothing that would prevent you from enjoying your time while staying here.

Every morning looking at the beach and the emerald water shoreline doesn't get any better. It's maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach or 1 minute to two huge pools. Enough said.

The condo was beautifully decorated, and the furniture was quite appealing. The balcony was clean and inviting. The only drawback was a slight odor from the garbage disposal, but overall, I would rank the condo a solid 10 on a scale of one to ten, with one being the lowest and ten being the highest.

Our stay @ 1904 with Vacasa...

The view and a new T.v. The condo was Clean...A 1st...most rentals are filthy. Also liked thick towels and bed sheets and blanket. The condo does need updating..get rid of carpeting a d heavy furniture.Add some light paint colors.This unit would be perfect with some t L.c. Also loved the deck furniture..The furniture was great,!! NEEDED a snowbird rate...

Ariel Dunes I in very very nice!

Relocated here due to problem at Beach House. Love Ariel Dunes I. Would suggest some things needed in kitchen....pizza cutter, sharp knife, more utensils.

Renting easy, check in/out easy… view awesome! Location and convenience to everything was great! Literally walk through parking lot across the road to beach.. beautiful beach views from kitchen-dining/ living room and master bdrm(19th flr). With that being said…. Filthy.. we cleaned and sanitized ( our norm wherever we stay) to find walls dirty w/ cobwebs, surfaces sticky& dirty… floors dirty… it smells old .. germ packed carpets in bedroom need to be removed.. rest of rental tiled.. sand/dirt in grout.. thank God for washer/dryer.. rental nicely equipped After cleaning and wiping things down.. we were able to enjoy.. oh yeah the guest bdrm TV- Picture-snowy/ static.. no one ever came to repair

We love that it is close to the beach. Also close to shopping, mini golf, go carts and shopping.

Code didn't work when we first arrived. Streamers were still attached to ceiling and patio was full of spills and stains. Second bath sink would not drain. Good but not great.

Nice Unit but dirty dishes

Clean for most part except for the kitchen dishes and utensils. We had to wash everything before we used it as it was put in cabinet/drawer dirty with food particles clearly visible. Not sure if this was due to prior guests or poor maid service. I highly recommend they check this since guests are paying cleaning fees as part of the fees associated with the rental costs.

The property was great! Had everything needed for our week long stay. My only complaint was the cafe onsite. The food handling was not up to par and the staff was rude when this was brought to their attention. We cooked the majority of our trip which was the intention but thought a quick late night snack from the cafe would be a nice break...nope. Otherwise, loved it! If you are visiting, pack spices for cooking :-)

Fell in love the minute we walked in

This is the first property my whole family fell in love with out of 5 straight years of booking. The location was perfect and my daughters fell in love with the pool. It was beautiful waking up to see the beach from the master bedroom. We felt more than safe with the constant security that is based on the property and they were always patrolling. Will definitely book again next year.
