Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Neighbors hurt the experience. Being a downstairs unit, noise upstairs all hours of the night sounded like young kids jumping off beds and elephants running after them.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed in this rental. We have rented with Vacation Haven for the past few years and were delighted with each unit we rented. This unit is very outdated. The bathrooms and furniture seemed worn. The master bedroom bed was extremely soft and definitely needs a new mattress. We had issues with the washing machine and the rental company did send two repairman to look at it but it still didn’t work properly. We did love the view from the pack patio and ease of being on the first floor. We love Sandestin and the Turnberry units except for this one.
