Fantastic family stay!

This was a perfect property for our family- it’s on the third floor, so stairs are an option, even for the kiddos- it allows skipping the elevator during peak times. The balcony is perfect for lounging in the afternoon when you need a break from the sun- definitely would stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: This condo was a great layout for us - a family of 4 and 2 additional adults. The location on the third floor and close to the parking lot & pool is great! This pool is amazing for kiddos - baby pool, waterfall, lots of benches in the pool for the adults. The tiki bar is a nice touch. The balcony at this condo is the icing on the cake - it’s massive. Having toys, chairs, and an umbrella available was very nice. We will be back!

Love the pool, the room is absolutely amazing and it’s the entire reason we LOVE IT! The balcony is the biggest and nicest balcony and refuse to stay anywhere else! Have a question at anytime all you do is text them and with a minute they have a response! Highly recommend and My Vacation Haven has the BEST employees and always on top of things! Couldn’t have asked for a better trip! I recommend every single time anyone asks! My Vacation Haven is definitely a game changer!

The condo was perfect for our group. The layout of the bedrooms and kitchen along with the large porch made our stay very comfortable. Quick beach and pool access. The Sandestin property is among the best!

Wedding weekend

We stayed for an extended weekend to attend a wedding. The facility was great and a short walk to the beach. Make sure you visit Parlor Doughnuts near the property to change your world.

Perfect Location, nice shared space

The kitchen and living area was perfect for our group and the secondary unit and bathroom made for the perfect accommodations for our week. Beach chairs on patio for use were also awesome to have. We did find some left over food from the prior group beneath the ottoman so cleaning could have been more thorough.

Nice beach getaway

This cozy condo is literally steps from the beach. An added bonus were the beach toys & supplies the host provided. Traveling by plane made it impossible to bring these items & it helped save tons of money to not need to rent or buy items once we arrived. We had everything needed to make it a home away from home. We didn't feel the need to go more than 4 miles during our stay to find food, entertainment, and beach fun. Definitely would recommend this location & condo.

Great place but had some inconveniences!

The place was great in terms of location, cleanliness and space however our refrigerator and cable for all three TVs stopped working on the first night after the power went out for a few hours. Refrigerator was checked the next day and was replaced on the third day and we had to make use of the small ref in the studio unit but then TVs were still not working the whole stay even with maintenance coming in to fix it it twice. I would like to commend the immediate assistance of maintenance though. Didn’t know how to contact property owner. Lastly, no cabinet space for groceries in the kitchen.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived on a plane hours earlier with no option of early check in, after the maintenance guy said as long as we have the code we can get in. 7 of us unpacked our luggage and groceries to have to sit in the lobby for 2 hours waiting. Finally, got inside the room to find the master bedroom sheets, mattress pad, and mattress FULL of blood stains(not bed bug blood). There was also hair in on the sheets so you can tell the bedding was never changed. We provided pictures and they were able to come and change the bedding but knowing i was sleeping on a mattress with blood stains weirded me out. (I asked to have the mattress changed but was denied). Considering the company stated no early check in allowed for time to clean, they obviously didn’t even clean and we still had to wait with food thawing. The balcony had cigarette butts all over, stains all over the patio seats, and finger nails on the ground. The patio door was EXTREMELY hard to open for even us adults. We didn’t have enough blankets and pillows and when asked we had to wait until the next day for extra. The ice machine was in a completely different building, as well as public hotel bathrooms. Lugging a cooler of ice for the beach next door isn’t ideal or convenient. No brochures in the condo or paper to plan activities available. No front desk to assist with requests. The provided beach umbrella was broken. On the flip side, the location was convenient and the trolly was nice to have use of. Knowing this information ahead of time would have made our planning much easier. We had to find out these things on our own or talking with others. The beach was beautiful and not super crowded as i feared from reviews. It was nice to have people leave boogie boards when they departed for other peoples use. We were able to snag one but also donate that back plus one we purchased(5 kids). The pool was pleasant and conveniently located to our room.

Family Getaway

First time at condo and property. One word: Amazing. Beautiful condo and property. Exactly as advertised. Pics lived up to reality. Had a fabulous time with fam (five stayed in condo. Plenty of room). Will definitely return to property and probably even condo.
