Family and pet friendly

Condo was very spacious, quick walk to the beach, pools and hot tubs. It was very clean and had all of the amenities needed for our week long stay.

When we arrived after looking around there were dirty towels in the bath tub and you could tell the bathroom had not been cleaned and the bed wasn’t changed. I called the owner and he had someone there soon. The property was nice, we chose this place because it was dog friendly. The area was nice good location, we walked to dinner twice, we enjoyed that. The only really complaint I have is the pictures are a little deceptive I thought that we would be facing the beach but actually it is the furthest room from the beach, but still not a bad walk.

Amazing spot

We were only here for a short period of time due to my work schedule, but we made it happen and this place was amazing. The pool is right across the way I could see it at the front door and the beach walk around the corner out the back door and we’re gonna be to the beach literally three minutes that’s an amazing location and we had lots of fun in our time here.

Week At The Beach

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Mirimar Beach and this condo worked very well for us. We liked the main floor as we brought our dog, easy accessibility to walk him out the slider door and to the dog park area. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and appointed with everything we could need. The Maravilla complex is undergoing a facelift on the exterior, it looks fantastic. A short walk to the beach, the inclusion of the two chairs and umbrella was fantastic. We did miss our gulf view in the morning however overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for your beautiful condo and hospitality.

Weekend getaway

This was our first time staying at this property. We were looking for something that was pet friendly and it did not disappoint! The unit itself was perfect location on the first floor with easy access to grassy areas to walk our dog. Only two minute walk to the beach! The complementary chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated!

Great Condo

Overall impression was Great the condo was clean and well stocked . The only thing can say was that the lights in kitchen and bathroom would flicker at times. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great Location and Great Unit

Loved our stay! Close to the beach and close to the pool. The chairs / umbrella service was so convenient! There was a wagon available to take to the beach as well as a couple of beach towels. The property was clean and set up very nice. No complaints.

Great location

We had a great stay at this property! Clean condo, great amenities, good communication, and Convenient location that was a quick walk to the beach. My kids loved the bunk beds. The only negatives that we had were at no fault to the property owner but the walls were very thin and we could hear our upstairs neighbors very clearly all hours of the night. Would still stay here again!

Amazing First Trip To Destin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Destin! Great place to stay! Clean, beautiful, and a very convenient location! It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to one of the pools, which my daughter loved. Very clean and the owner was very responsive to all my questions since I started planning 9 months in advance. There was a wagon, umbrella and even a cooler tote bag there for us to use. There was also beach service included; 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for us at the beach daily if we wanted. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Destin!
