The house was great. Plenty of room and a very close walk to the beach. The neighborhood was very nice. We love to cook and everything we needed to prepare meals was in the house, all pots and pans, made making big meals easy. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home for a family vacation!

We spent a week at this property in March. It was wonderful to be able to head to the beach in the morning and come back & grill and hang out in the pool. The beach was just a short walk away and it was absolutely beautiful! Having the chairs up and ready for us was great! There are plenty of beach toys and pool toys/floaties so no need to bring extra. The neighborhood was very safe and convenient to nearby activities. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely Wonderful Home

Really, a perfect stay. The home is located in a private, gate-controlled community just off of Emerald Coast Parkway, and you're minutes in either direction from literally everything. In the opposite direction with just a 5-minute walk, you're on the beach. The house was spotless and extremely well appointed with enough kitchen supplies to get you through a week. Towels and starter toiletries are provided and much appreciated. Communication with Ocean Reef was wonderful. We did have a need to call on a Sunday as we had the opportunity to check in early and the door code didn't work. They picked up immediately and solved our problem in minutes. I loved the text reminders throughout the week and offer to help with any issues - but we didn't have any. The pool was clean and there are plenty of inflatables available, although we brought our own. We will definitely stay here again without hesitation.
