Great location!

Great location - we didn’t have a beach view but were right across the road. Very close and easy access. Rental was clean, refrigerator was old but worked fine. Minimalist with decor but that wasn’t why we were going to the beach. Prompt attention to our questions and very pleasant to work with. Would stay again!

Ciboney 2012

The condo was nice. Everything was clean when arrived. Appliances and kitchen are dated but everything worked well, didn’t plan to spend much time in there. Washer and dryer worked well. Good water pressure in showers. Check in and out was a breeze. Quick walk to beach and easy access. Loved the area and will definitely be back again.

Last morning wake up ALARM

The location was good. A short walk and you are on the beach, albeit a very steep stairway and codes on the door that changed WITHOUT notice, it was easy to get to the beach. The condo was nice and clean. We only heard the neighbors a couple of times and were woke up with dogs barking on a couple of days. The last morning we were woke up with the smoke alarm going off. After turning off the alarm it went off again on 15mins then 15 mins after that. Until I finally took it off the wall and put the stupid thing outside. Up to this point everything was good.

As advertised

Everything in the condo was clean and functioning. It was pleasant to sit out on the balcony and listen to the wind rustling in the palm fronds. RealJoy was friendly and responsive when I called to let them know that something needed to be fixed, and it was taken care of quickly. The window in the smaller bedroom really needs a curtain put up as the lights outside shine brightly all night through the spaces in the Venetian blind. I like that check-out instructions were clear.

run down condo

condo does not look like the advertised pictures. it is very run down, bottom of kitchen and bathroom cabinets are rotting, appliances are very rusty and old, cabinets are peeling. Had to call the police because of noise above us. Apartment next door was being renovated which was very noisy. Condo badly needs a renovation...not a 5 star experience
