Nice location!

Location was nice. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was Amazon! Loved the share shed! The house was older and could use some repairs but was the perfect size for our family! Would recommend 100% for families!

Do not stay here

There would be nothing wrong with the home itself, but HUGE roaches came out every night. They came to spray some spray I use from Lowes. Next day, same thing. Then they tried to tell me they were “palmetto” bugs, as if that makes it any better. Who can sleep at night knowing huge bugs are crawling around? It’s pretty bad when you save for a vacation and it is an actual nightmare. The manager, Heather, was very sympathetic when she said she found out and moved us to a much nicer home. I was glad for her sympathy and moving us, but I do not recommend renting this home.

Older place

Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though.

Easy walk

Nice property inside, could use some cleaning around outside of property. Quick response from property manager with questions. Construction at current beach access, so makes for a longer walk to access beach. Super comfy couch and king bed. Appreciated the sharing shed for beach items and left some for future guests as well.

Super cute, close to beach

The place was super cute and worked great for our family. We had 4 adults and 4 kids age range of 6years-6months. Plenty of space and we were close enough to walk daily to the beach.

Comfy & Cozy

Communication was great as well as cottage. It was peaceful and convenient. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Having the pool to ourselves was definitely a plus. Thank you guys

Convenient Location

This property worked well for us, just two couples. Everything was comfortable and the walk to the beach was short and simple.

Quaint Beach house

We loved the location of this property. We walked to pretty much everything. The house is cute, but needs a few updates here and there. If we had an issue, the property management team came out same day, that's awesome! The pool was prefect for our kids, there is a shallow wading area and then a deeper swimming side. The pool supply shed was very messy when we got there, I cleaned it up, and the pool guy who lives close by was very grateful! After that he made sure the pool was in pristine condition for us. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay. FYI, bring earplugs to sleep because there are 2 huge party houses on both sides of you.

Good Stuff

We enjoyed everything. One or 2 items need to be addressed. The ceiling fan in the guest bedroom is not working properly and could use a few more pots and pans. Also one concern, the construction closed down the entrance to the beach and we had to use a different entrance which was closed, but had a code that someone gave us. We did not get a code upon check-in to any Beach private access. The pool was great and the location was great !

Great vacation

This was an ideal location, with easy access to the beach with multiple attractions in the area. Easy walk to nearby market and restaurants along the beach. We really enjoyed having a pool at the property and that it was on a dead end street with minimal traffic. The house had everything we needed and more. This place helped make our vacation so enjoyable.

Family vacay

House was close to everything on beach. Renting a golf cart made it easier to park and get around. Limited parking at house. House was clean and the pool was great coming back from the beach. Overall a good experience.

We had a wonderful experience at the house and would absolutely stay again. One downfall is the one bathroom but it’s updated and clean.

Short weekend with my son and husband

The place had a bad smell, we figured out it was standing water in the dishwasher, we cleaned it out, mold in shower area, told property manager , stopper in sink broken, skimmer in pool wasn't working properly, pool deck was dirty, again told property manager, I don't think they had anybody renting the place for sometimes. we did enjoy having the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Property needs some tlc, might stay again
