Unit 444 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the 4th floor of the complex. When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by neutral tones, updated furnishings, and an open concept floor plan. The main living area offers a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for adding seating. With the 6-person dining table, you can host up to 9 people comfortably. The living area is equipped with comfy seating and a flat screen TV. However, the best part of this vacation home is the private balcony. Just off the dining area, this spacious outdoor sanctuary is the perfect spot to start your day slow with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset over the lush landscaping. Flooring was just replaced end of November.

The master is equipped with a king bed, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bath with double vanity sinks, walk in shower, and separate soaker tub. Speaking of sun, when you’re ready to enjoy the beauty of Florida, take the resort tram over to Miramar Beach. Just a short ride away waits the iconic sugar-white sands you’ve been dreaming of. If you’re looking to catch more rays, head down to the private community pool open to guests of the complex. This tropical oasis features loungers, palm trees, and a hot tub!
