Most wonderful house in Miramar beach

If you're looking for a place for a large event look no further! We had 40 guests and it slept them comfortably. The pool was amazing. The views are awesome and the communication with the company was very impressive. I would definitely stay here again.

Pricey but worth every penny

We had a perfect stay at this home. It was clean, spacious, in a great neighborhood which was truly - just steps from the beach, and very comfortable for our large family. It was pretty pricey, but so worth it.

This house is amazing and was very clean. This is our second year coming to this same house because we loved it so much last year. I also love working with the staff of Diamond Property Management, they always respond in a timely fashion and there to assist with whatever we need. We had a great time at this house.

Beautiful, spacious property.

We had a large,multi generational group. The house easily accommodated everyone. There were some maintenance issues that were addressed. Property is very near the beach, a huge outlet mall, and restaurants.

2025 Spring Break Trip

We recently stayed at Sandy Beach Estate for a spring break trip with nine families, celebrating our high school seniors' last year. This property was absolutely perfect for our large group! It easily accommodated all of us and had every amenity we could have asked for. The pool area quickly became our favorite gathering spot, providing a great place to relax and have fun together. Additionally, the proximity to the beach was fantastic, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the sun and sand. Overall, Sandy Beach Estate exceeded our expectations and made our celebration truly memorable. We highly recommend it for large groups looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!

Perfect Spot for Company Gathering

Our small business (15 people) met at this house for our annual meeting this past week and it was a great spot! Plenty of bedrooms and tons of places to hang out and meet as a group. Just steps to the beach, and the pool area was fun to hang out in the evenings. We especially appreciated the various refrigerators for such a large group. We hope to come back next year!

Wonderful week in a wonderful space!

We were here for a high school senior spring break trip with multiple families. Every step from research to departure was well explained, easy to navigate, and even enjoyable. April was always quick to answer any questions (sometimes the same one more than once!), and the app - a game changer! I've rented many homes for vacations all over, and the information found within was some helpful. Everyone had access, which made for an even better experience. And the house - well appointed, well cared for, and plenty of room for our 29 people. Cannot wait for another opportunity to stay at a Diamond home!

Truly Amazing

I can not say enough amazing things about this property and the management of it. For months before our stay, they immediately answered my random questions about the house and the area and during our stay they were instantly and always available. The house itself is incredible. Even though it has 13 bedrooms, they are positioned in a way that they all feel private and the house is spacious and so incredibly comfortable. They have thought of every detail and our group was already talking about a repeat visit. The description of how close the beach is feels understated. It is a 2-3 minute walk tops. Communication, comfort and value are all 5 stars - it made our celebration perfect.

Great experience

I held a sales meeting with 11 people for all over the country in Late January. Everything about the house was as advertised and expected. It was VERY clean and well organized. I rent properties every year along the gulf for meetings and this was by far the best kept and cleanest I have ever rented. There is a lot of room in this home and it is a very short 1 min walk to the beach access. We had one small minor issue and the staff was extremely responsive and corrected it quickly. No one should hesitate to rent to property for a family group vacation or a business meeting like I did.

Great House!

We stayed at the Sandy Beach Estate and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything in the house was exactly how it was pictured online. We had a few issues with the pool/hot tub and couple smaller things throughout our stay, but the Diamond Gulf Rental company was super friendly on the phone and sent someone out right away to get our issues resolved. We are from Ohio and had our large wedding reception there and it was PERFECT! SUPER close to the beach. Will definitely be coming back to Miramar Beach in the future and booking with diamond gulf rentals!

Great Company Retreat
